日光を浴びるメリットとは？ / Benefit of Sunbathing

近年、紫外線は悪だ、外に出るには日焼け止め、帽子、日傘、サングラス、日焼け防止グローブ等が必要で日に焼けるのは良くない、という風潮があります。
In recent years, people says the Ultra Violet Rays are the evil. The Medias say you have to wear sunscreen lotion, hat, sumbrella, sunglasses, or sun protect gloves when you go out.
紫外線から身を守れという情報ばかりではつまらないので、今回は日焼けに関するメリットについて書きたいと思います。
Every people say "Protect yourself from the Sun" however it is too boring, so I'm gonna blog about benefits of the sun.

ひとつは日光を浴びることで免疫力を高め、病気になりにくい身体を作ります。
First benefit of sun light is to enhance the immune system, it's less likely to fall ill.
日光を浴びることでアドレナリンを増加させ、ストレスを減少させる効果もあり、それが免疫力を高める要因のひとつです。
It also has effect of adrenaline increase by exposure to sunlight, and reduce the stress. It is one of the factors to boost the immune system.
日光をあまり浴びないオフィスワークの人たちの方がそうでない人に比べてストレス度が高いという話も有名ですよね。
The office workers who do not get enough sunlight has more stress than other workers who are working outside. It is a famous story.
他に日光を浴びるメリットで有名なところは、ビタミンDの合成です。
Other benefit of sun bathing is vitamin D.
ビタミンDは腎臓や肝臓の働きを助け、カルシウムやリンの吸収を促して骨を強くする作用があります。
Vitamin D help the work of the kidney and liver, and have the effect to encourage the absorption calcium and phosphorus to make stronger bones.
けれどもビタミンDは食品からはあまり摂取されず、もっとも効果的な方法は日光を浴びることです。
Vitamin D intake from food is not enough, but the most effective method is sunbathing.
骨に関しても、日光を避けすぎて骨の病気になったハリウッドスターがいることで有名です。
Also about the bone, a Hollywood star who to avoid too much sun light and got sick of the bone is the famous.
ビタミンDは毎日15分ほどの日光浴で十分生成されることがわかっています。
Sufficient vitamin D can be generated in about 15 minutes every day of sunbathing.
世の中日光を浴びることのデメリットばかりの情報ですが、たまにはメリットにも耳を傾けてみませんか？
There is so many information of disadvantages of sunbathing, however, don't you think it's nice to listen benefit of sunbathing sometimes?
